Glenn McCreesh currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Envision, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing enterprise strategy and ensuring clinical and business performance across the organization. Glenn is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning operations, finance and business development.

In his tenure at Envision, Glenn has held several key executive roles, including four years as President of Emergency and Hospital Medicine leading the delivery of acute care hospital‑based services to more than 400 hospitals nationally. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening performance, enhancing clinical quality and guiding large‑scale operational transformation.

Prior to joining Envision, Glenn served as Chief Operating Officer of Somerset Medical Center, where he led the daily operations of one of Central New Jersey’s largest and most trusted healthcare institutions. His earlier career spans senior leadership roles in operations, strategy, financial management and business development, with a consistent focus on improving organizational performance. His deep expertise, operational discipline and commitment to mission‑driven healthcare delivery have established him as a respected leader in the industry.

Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in healthcare management, from the University of Scranton.
