Envision is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, Florida!
Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 23 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides services to AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, AdventHealth Carrollwood. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma.
The Vice Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Assist Chief CRNA and Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires

250-bed hospital
15 sites of service including endo and OB
Flexible scheduling
8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 24-hour shifts
Sister sites: AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Carrollwood
ACT: 36 Physicians and 94 APPs between the three hospitals
Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back
OT opportunities available if desired
