Envision is seeking highly qualified and motivated CRNA to join our team of dedicated CRNA's at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, AZ!
Earn between $400K-$450K a year for Full-Time. Work 3 weeks on and 1 Week Off Full-Time.
Part-Time Schedule available as well. Work one week on and 3 weeks off.
Our CRNAs experience flexible work schedules in a well-regarded and collaborative environment.
Opportunity Highlights Include:
Base salary starting at $400K - $450K (with range 0-5+ years of experience)
$2,000 CME

Facility Information
For over 100 years, Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center (CVRMC) has been providing health services to Globe-Miami and surrounding communities. With a recently completely expansion and renovation, CVRMC provides state of the art technology and care, with a comfort and modern feel throughout the 25 bed facility, 4 bed ICU and throughout all departments.
The region served by Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is a 65 mile radius which includes the towns and cities of Globe, Miami, Claypool, San Carlos, Superior, Kearny, Hayden, Winkleman, Tonto Basin, Roosevelt, and Young.
Surgical Services
- General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Eye Surgery, ENT Surgery, OB/GYN, Outpatient Day Surgery, Urology
Obstetrics Department of CVRMC
- 5 fully-equipped labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum rooms, two additional recovery rooms, and a nursery equipped to accommodate well babies delivered at 36 weeks or later.
- The CV Family Birth Center averages 20 deliveries per month.
