Nashville Anesthesia Services is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center and TriStar Stonecrest Medical Center.
Position Highlights Include:
- Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package-W2 and full benefits start day 1
- Wide variety of cases including General, Spine, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Gyn, GI, some Vascular and Neuro, ENT with some Peds
- No Cardiac or major trauma (Level 3 facilities)
- Separate OB team
- MD to CRNA 1:4 ratio
- Both Southern Hills and StoneCrest are smaller, community-based hospitals.
- Amazing physician/CRNA relationship with a comfortable amount of autonomy.
- Great work/life balance
- Reasonable call requirements with extra compensation for call shifts
- Typically off post call. Working towards guaranteed off post call as staffing increases
- The Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 12 Physicians and 28 CRNAs
