Envision is looking for a Site Medical Director to lead our growing Critical Care Intensivist team at Medical City Dallas, located in Dallas, TX.
Position Profile:
Ample protected clinical and leadership time
Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership
Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.
Previous leadership experience preferred
Active TX license preferred or in-process
W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k options
Monthly director stipend

Medical City Dallas operates as a 876-bed tertiary care center and was founded in 1974. It is recognized for its state-of-the-art medical facilities and commitment to excellence in patient care.
