Envision is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Cardiac Anesthesiology to lead our high-performing team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, located on Florida’s breathtaking Emerald Coast.

Leadership Highlights:
· Leadership Role: Lead, develop, and elevate a comprehensive cardiac anesthesia program

Opportunity Details:
· Care team model: 9 physicians and 25 CRNAs
· Approximately 400 cardiac cases annually
· Diverse, high-acuity case mix including Cardiac, Vascular, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Orthospine, Thoracic-Lungs, General, Robotic, OB (non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, and Podiatry
· Level II Trauma Center
· Cardiac Fellowship + TEE Certification Required
· Day-one benefits + 100% malpractice with coverage with tail

Facility Information
HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a full-service, 330-bed acute care facility serving Florida’s Emerald Coast and the surrounding tri-county area. As the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, the hospital offers a wide range of advanced surgical services, including cardiothoracic surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, neurosurgery, orthopedic and spine surgery, general surgery, and minimally invasive techniques across multiple specialties. The hospital features state-of-the-art operating rooms, a dedicated cardiovascular OR team, and a comprehensive surgical recovery unit to support high-quality, patient-centered care.
