Envision Healthcare is seeking a full-time APP for a Day Float position at Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter, Florida — northern Palm Beach County, at the gateway to the Treasure Coast.
The Role
This additional position is built for a provider who wants fixed, predictable schedule, a premium over standard full-time comp, and a central role in how the day runs at Jupiter Medical Center.
Schedule
5 x 12-hour shifts on an alternating A/B week schedule
Fixed and published in advance in Qgenda
Compensation: up to $243,000 annually, plus the $150,000 start-date bonus
Call
FT call obligation on the weekend/holiday line: 1x 12 hour, and 1 x 8 hour beeper hold monthly; self-scheduled in Qgenda

The Day Float is a dedicated, opt-in, no-PTO position structured as alternating on/off weeks. It provides predictable daytime and call coverage the department can build around. Base pay is held equal to Full-Time staff.
The Practice
Anesthesia care team of 10 physicians and ~40 CRNAs/CAAs covering 23 anesthetizing locations
Approximately 7,000 surgical cases and 3,000 OB deliveries annually
Case mix: general, cardiac (open-heart, robotic cardiac, structural heart), OB, neuro, vascular, thoracic, ortho/spine, ENT, and GYN — no trauma, no peds, no transplants
Florida Level II adult cardiovascular program with an established Structural Heart Program (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, TPVR) and robotic cardiac surgery

Jupiter Medical Center is a not-for-profit, 327-bed regional medical center with 207 private acute-care beds and 120 long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and hospice beds.
