Envision is seeking a Vice Chief CRNA to join and help lead a dynamic, high-performing anesthesia care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CRNA ready to take on a leadership role while maintaining clinical practice in a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Highlights:
Leadership Role: Partner with the Chief CRNA and medical leadership to oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, scheduling, and team development
Clinical + Administrative Balance: Maintain hands-on clinical practice while contributing to strategic and operational decision-making
Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside a team of highly skilled anesthesiologists, APPs
Mentorship & Growth: Play a key role in mentoring staff, onboarding new clinicians, and driving professional development
Anesthesia Care Team of 17 Physicians and 13 APP's
No cardiac anesthesia or pediatrics
Case mix: B&B, OB, EP/TEE, Neuro/IR, Endoscopy
125–150 OB anesthetics per month
9 ORs, 2 OB ORs, Endo, EP and IR suites

Facility Information
Northwest Medical Center is a 289‑bed, full‑service community hospital serving Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, and Deerfield Beach. With comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, the hospital continues to expand programs to meet the evolving needs of the community. Services include open heart surgery, 24‑hour Adult and Pediatric ER, maternity, orthopedics, robotics, minimally invasive surgery, heart and vascular care, bariatrics, rehabilitation, and women's services.
