Nashville Anesthesia Services is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center and TriStar Stonecrest Medical Center.
Position Highlights Include:
Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package-W2 and full benefits start day 1
Wide variety of cases including General, Spine, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Gyn, GI, some Vascular and Neuro, ENT with some Peds
No Cardiac or major trauma (Level 3 facilities)
Separate OB team
MD to CRNA 1:4 ratio
Both Southern Hills and StoneCrest are smaller, community-based hospitals.
Amazing physician/CRNA relationship with a comfortable amount of autonomy.
Great work/life balance
Reasonable call requirements with extra compensation for call shifts
Typically off post call. Working towards guaranteed off post call as staffing increases
The Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 12 Physicians and 28 CRNAs

Facility Information
Nashville Anesthesia Service covers both TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN and TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. We also cover 3 surgery centers. They boast a full range of patient care services, including top rated Cancer, Heart, Orthopedics, Imaging, and Stroke programs. They are ranked Top Performer in quality measured by The Joint Commission.
