Position Profile:
- Clinicians may be asked to rotate at up to 9 additional sites within Las Vegas
60,000 annual visits
Dedicated Pediatric unit - 24% Pediatric volume
47 ED beds
10 Fast Track beds
8 Peds beds
6 Psych beds
54 hours daily physician coverage
40 hours daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage
Dedicated Nocturnist
Dedicated Pediatric Physician and APP
CERNER EMR
Competitive compensation with an annual salary range of $390,000 and $504,000
W2 status with comprehensive benefits package
Facility Information
Summerlin Hospital Medical Center is a 496-bed, Joint Commission-accredited hospital serving the residents of Summerlin and the greater Las Vegas community. Since opening in 1997, the hospital has grown into one of southern Nevada’s leading healthcare destinations, providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty care.
The hospital offers a robust range of clinical services, including advanced cardiovascular care, robotic-assisted surgery, women’s and children’s services, oncology, and neuroscience programs. Summerlin Hospital is designated as both a Primary Heart Attack Center and a Primary Stroke Center, reflecting its commitment to delivering timely, high-quality care for critical cardiac and neurological conditions.
Additional services include comprehensive rehabilitation programs, pediatric therapies, wound care with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services, ensuring seamless care across the continuum.
Summerlin Hospital is part of The Valley Health System, a regional network of acute care hospitals, freestanding emergency departments, outpatient centers, and physician practices dedicated to serving communities throughout southern Nevada.
