Envision is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our exceptional team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, located along Florida’s spectacular Emerald Coast.

Opportunity Highlights:
· $150k Start Date Bonus + Relocation Assistance
· Competitive Compensation: $600k (up to $650k for cardiac leadership position)
· 17 Weeks PTO
· Diverse Case mix including Cardiac, Vascular, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Orthospine, Thoracic-Lungs, General, Robotic, OB (non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, and Podiatry
· Approximately 400 cardiac cases annually
· Level II Trauma Center
· Cardiac fellowship preferred
· Day-one benefits + 100% malpractice with coverage with tail

Facility Information
HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a full-service, 330-bed acute care facility serving Florida’s Emerald Coast and the surrounding tri-county area. As the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, the hospital offers a wide range of advanced surgical services, including cardiothoracic surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, neurosurgery, orthopedic and spine surgery, general surgery, and minimally invasive techniques across multiple specialties. The hospital features state-of-the-art operating rooms, a
dedicated cardiovascular OR team, and a comprehensive surgical recovery unit to support high-quality, patient-centered care. Its open-heart surgery program is among the most respected in the region, supported by an Accredited Chest Pain Center and a full suite of cardiac services. In addition to surgical excellence, the hospital provides specialized care through its cardiovascular and neonatal intensive care units, emergency services, including a main ER, Pediatric ER and Express ER, Primary Stroke Center, inpatient rehabilitation unit, and behavioral health services.
