Experienced CAA Opportunity in Nashville, TN! $100K Start Date Bonus!
Envision is currently seeking an experienced CAA to join Nashville Anesthesia Service in the Nashville, TN area. This team provides coverage at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, and two affiliated surgery centers.
These sites offer a full spectrum of patient care services, including highly regarded programs in cancer care, orthopedics, imaging, and stroke. Both hospitals are recognized as Top Performers in quality by The Joint Commission.
Highlights of this opportunity include:
• $100,000 Start Date Bonus
• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 13 physicians and 29 APPs
• Excellent average earning potential $230-$260K
• Broad case mix including Orthopedics, OB, Neurology, Urology, Thoracic, Vascular, GI. Bread and butter cases at both hospitals- No Cardiac
• Well established team and excellent culture
• Flexible scheduling and balanced call rotation to support work-life-balance
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a CAA
• Annual CME stipend and retention bonus
