HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join a friendly, team-oriented group of 8 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists.
This opportunity offers a positive work environment, collaborative relationships, and a balanced case mix in a growing Central Florida community.
Position Highlights:
- $100K sign-on bonus
- Annual retention bonuses
- Extra shifts available at $150/hour
- 9 weeks of PTO
- Full-time W2 position

Case Mix Includes:
- Trauma
- General surgery
- Orthopedics
- ENT
- Urology
- GI
- Neurovascular
- No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant
CAAs are an essential part of the team and participate in a collaborative practice model that emphasizes mutual support and shared clinical responsibilities.
