Job Details
Envision is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team with the Trinity Health System. This unique combination role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple thriving emergency departments, including in Brighton, Chelsea, and Ann Arbor, providing a variety of environments, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a greater impact in the communities.
*Requirements: BC EM Attending Physicians (ABEM or AOBEM) with experience in community hospital setting.
Position Profile:
48,0000 annual patient volume
39 ED treatment spaces
Level IV Trauma Center
Double physician coverage: six shifts per day (3 days/week); seven per day (4 days/week)
Advanced Practice Provider coverage 39 hours per day
Intensive Care Unit
EPIC EMR

Facility Information
Trinity Livingston Hospital in Brighton, is a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital currently under construction on the site of the existing Brighton ED Medical Center, and is scheduled to open in April 19, 2026. This hospital is a four-story, 174,000-square-foot facility that includes eight licensed operating rooms, 18 short stay unit beds, and space for future expansion. The new hospital will also feature specialty services including cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, ICU, intensive cardiac rehab, imaging services, a chapel, cafeteria, and dedicated areas for hospital-based medical and surgical specialty practices. As part of Trinity Health Michigan, the hospital is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and safety, with seamless access to additional specialty care at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital when needed. As Livingston County has continued to grow, Trinity Health is working to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the community now and for years to come.
