Position Highlights:
7,800 annual patient visits
16 emergency department beds, including 4 fast-track bays
24/7 physician coverage with weekday 8–9 hour shifts and 12-hour weekend shifts (volume-dependent)
Opportunity to rotate at two Methodist Richardson campuses
STEMI coverage 24/7; OB/L&D services launching November 2025
W2 position with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, CME stipend, and 401(k) with employer contribution
Facility Information
Opened in March 2025, Methodist Celina Medical Center is the city’s first full-service hospital—purpose-built to meet the community’s healthcare needs today and for generations to come. This 192,215-square-foot, four-story facility offers comprehensive medical and surgical services, including emergency care, intensive care, labor and delivery, advanced imaging, and state-of-the-art operating suites equipped for trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and robotic procedures.
The hospital’s upper floors house the ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Labor & Delivery units, with built-in capacity for future growth as demand increases. A rooftop helipad ensures rapid transport for critical cases, while the hospital’s design supports seamless horizontal expansion for additional bed towers in the years ahead. Backed by the trusted expertise of Methodist Health System, Methodist Celina Medical Center combines innovation, compassion, and forward-thinking design to deliver exceptional care close to home.
