Questcare, a division of Envision, is seeking a board certified or board eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our dynamic group of providers at Medical City Decatur.
Position Profile:
24 hours of physician coverage plus overlapping APP shifts
Fantastic sub-specialty support
Work with a strong group of Questcare hospitalists and intensivists
Opportunity to work at other nearby Medical City facilities
Full time, part time and PRN opportunities available
W2 status with competitive base hourly rate plus RVU and metric based bonuses

Facility Information
Medical City Decatur, a campus of Medical City Denton, is a full‑service, acute care hospital licensed for 150 beds and proudly serving Wise County since 1974. Originally opened as the 50‑bed Decatur Community Hospital, the facility expanded to meet the region’s growing healthcare needs, later becoming Wise Regional Health System in 2001. On December 1, 2023, it joined Medical City Healthcare, one of North Texas’s largest and most trusted healthcare providers.
Today, Medical City Decatur offers comprehensive services for the entire family, including emergency care, women’s services, orthopedics, cardiology, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialties—continuing its long tradition of delivering high‑quality, community‑focused care.
