Questcare, a Division of Envision, seeks a Hospitalist Site Medical Director at Medical City Fort Worth.
Director Profile:
- Must be Board Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM) - Previous leadership experience required
- Active TX license preferred or in-process
Protected clinical time
Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership
Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.
W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k options
Position Profile
Experienced group of 16 full time/daytime hospitalists
3 Advanced Practice Providers who assist with admissions and cross coverage at night
Average census per hospitalist is 18-22
Exclusive hospitalist program
Excellent, long-term relationship with hospital administration
Collaborative team – Envision also provides the Emergency Medicine services at Medical City Fort Worth
