We’re hiring Emergency Medicine residents graduating in 2026 and welcome candidates needing J1 or H1B sponsorship! Join our Nocturnist team at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in beautiful Vero Beach, FL, with 12-hour shifts and only 10 per month—perfect for enjoying the Treasure Coast lifestyle.
Full-time physicians are eligible for a $40K bonus.
Position Profile:
60,000 annual patient visits
42-bed ED (Renovation planned for 2025 to add ED beds)
Dedicated Nocturnist team
12 hour shifts
EPIC EMR
Daily APP coverage
Certified Stroke Center and Heart Center
