Envision recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Ingalls Family and Urgent Care Center in Calumet City, IL.
Requirements: Minimum of one-year urgent care or ED experience post-graduation experience is required. New graduates will not be considered.
Position Profile:
Annual volumes range from 22,000 - 32,000 depending upon location
18 ED beds Calumet City, 10 ED beds Flossmoor, 8 ED beds Tinley Park
Dedicated nocturnist
Scribes, Techs, Nurses and Advanced Practice Provider coverage
Lab and Radiology on-site (CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, MRI)
EPIC EMR
Clinicins will be cross credentialed across three facilities in Calumet City, Flossmoor & Tinley Park
Facility Information
UChicago Medicine at Ingalls - Calumet City offers convenient primary and specialty care for the whole family. The facility treats kids, teenagers and adults in our around-the-clock urgent aid facility with an on-site laboratory services, mammography, x-ray and occupational medicine.
The orthopaedic and sports medicine team cares for the bone and joint needs of the whole family, from children to senior citizens. In addition, a team primary care physicians provides annual screenings and wellness exams, physicals for adults and children, and immunizations.
Urgent aid is an extension of the emergency department at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial that provides immediate care for patients whose condition or injury requires fast, efficient and quality lower-level emergency services. Urgent aid centers are staffed by physicians and highly trained experts. The UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial urgent aid locations in Flossmoor, Tinley Park and Calumet City are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offer a full array of sophisticated diagnostic testing.
