Envision is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist Transitional Medical Director (TMD) to join our growing team! This unique opportunity requires exceptional leadership talent and the ability to travel to our new practices and establish the anesthesia program, while serving as interim Chief. TMDs may also be deployed at existing practices that need operational guidance, are void of current leadership, or to provide mentorship to existing leaders. Qualified candidates must have prior chief/leadership experience and flexibility to travel. The location and ongoing time commitment of each assignment can vary depending on the requirements of each program.

Opportunity Details:
- Top Compensation plus Leadership Stipends (commensurate with experience)
- 36 weeks of work required with option to work for additional compensation during the remaining 16 weeks.

- Ability to maintain clinical work alongside a senior level leadership role
- Travel is 100% Company paid – Location will vary depending on needs

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Must have at least 3 years of Chief/Director Leadership Experience
- Board certification required
- Possess strong administrative and team building skills to manage the clinical and operational challenges associated with establishing a department
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work effectively with hospital administration, surgeons, procedural specialists, and anesthesia clinicians
- Assist with staffing models, budgets, and compensation/financial matters
- Participate in monthly corporate chief meetings, quarterly management team meetings, and other phone conferences, as necessary
