Dominic J. Andreano joined Envision as General Counsel in June 2024. He is a tenured executive with more than 27 years of healthcare law expertise.
Prior to joining Envision, Dom held various leadership positions during his 22-year tenure with Pediatrix (formerly MEDNAX). In his most recent role, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from May 2012 to October 2022. He provided legal guidance on the organization’s day-to-day operations, overall strategy, securities filings and board governance matters and helped advance its business development initiatives. Dominic’s previous roles at Pediatrix included Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. He joined the organization as Director of Business Development in 2001.
Before joining Pediatrix, Dom was an associate in the corporate finance and securities department of Holland & Knight, LLP and an associate in the healthcare department of Greenberg Traurig, P.A. Dom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and legal studies from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, his Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
