Michelle serves as Chief People Officer of Envision Healthcare. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience, driving the development and implementation of innovative people strategies across private and public sectors.
Before joining Envision in 2024, Michelle served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Artera Services, a provider of innovative infrastructure solutions. During her tenure, she led talent development and built the organization’s culture to support its mission to serve communities across America. Previously, Michelle served as Vice President of Human Resources at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. She also served in various leadership roles at HD Supply Construction, including Vice President of Human Resources, and at Georgia Power Company.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in marketing communications from Florida State University and her Master of Business Administration in organizational development leadership from the University of West Florida.
