Envision is proud to be recognized for the second year in a row as a Wellbeing First Champion by ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare, verifying that its credentialing applications do not contain intrusive or stigmatizing language related to mental healthcare and treatment.

WellBeing First Champion

Envision strives to be a trusted partner to clinicians, empowering them throughout their careers as they focus on caring for communities. A key part of that commitment is advancing efforts that support clinician well-being and fostering an environment that encourages clinicians to seek care without fear of losing their ability to practice.

“Caring for patients and communities starts by caring for clinicians,” said Dr. Tyler Suchala, National Director of Clinician Wellness at Envision. “Removing invasive and stigmatizing mental health questions that are not relevant to their ability to care for patients is crucial to that effort. The recognition reflects our ongoing work to ensure clinicians have the support and resources they need to thrive.”

Envision has been recognized as a Wellbeing First Champion in 2025 and 2024. In addition to continuously reviewing Envision’s applications, Envision clinician leaders have worked with their partner hospitals to support well-being changes to hospitals’ applications.

“Envision’s continued commitment to Wellbeing First principles is a powerful show of support for clinicians,” said Corey Feist, Chief Executive Officer of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, which leads the ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare coalition. “By eliminating unnecessary barriers and stigma, Envision is helping create a safer, more supportive culture where clinicians can prioritize their well-being while caring for patients. We’re proud to work alongside Envision to drive meaningful change in the healthcare system and create a healthier future for all.”

Envision has long been at the forefront of championing clinician well-being. At the core of its efforts is a robust Clinician Well-Being Program that provides comprehensive resources and continues adapting to clinicians’ evolving needs. In addition, Envision has worked with the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation since its inception in 2020 to advocate for solutions that improve clinician well-being, de-stigmatize mental healthcare and reduce the risk of clinician burnout.
