Compliance Training

Annual Compliance Training has long served as an important tool to educate our teammates on the complex and evolving laws governing healthcare. Training is critical to reduce risk and promote and maintain a strong culture of compliance at our organization.

By completing this year’s Annual Compliance Training, you are helping us act on one of our greatest company values: Instill Trust, which strengthens our commitment to do the right thing for each other, our partners, and our patients, who place their trust in us every day.

Additionally, this training is an opportunity for our teammates to better understand general compliance and become more familiar with the complexities of today’s healthcare environment. It is important for all of us to be aware of laws that impact us, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and how it applies to Envision.

For our clinical teammates, three of the required Compliance training courses have been approved for CME credits. The approved courses are: (i) HIPAA: Privacy Rule; (ii) 2024 Healthcare Compliance Course: Areas of Focus; and, (iii) EMTALA (for emergency medicine clinicians only). Please note, clinicians are responsible for printing the completion certificate after completion of the courses and submitting the certificate to the appropriate governing body.
