As part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, Envision’s teammate-led ERGs support professional and personal development, drive innovation and collaboration and strengthen our teammates’ commitment to our medical group’s mission and values.
PaCT helps parents and caregivers stay up-to-date on the policies and programs in place to support them. It is an inclusive place to speak openly about challenges, share resources, and make suggestions to company leaders about how Envision can support working parents and caregivers.
The Enclusion ERG creates a welcoming, safe, and supportive work environment for LGBTQ+ teammates and their allies by actively affirming the intersectionality of identities that compose this unique and valuable professional community.
The PEOPLE Network is a safe space to foster networking, establish professional and personal goals and address issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) concerning the growth of Black people, Indigenous people and People of Color — both inside and outside of Envision.
Women in the Workplace empowers women to amplify their voices, find fulfillment in their roles and seek advancement in the organization.
